In late 1954 Dad became involved in the Motor Manual Goodwill Car Club for a couple of years, and was a major part of his leisure activities. The "Motor Manual" was a popular motoring periodical of the day, and while he never entered any of their events, he was heavily involved in their organisation - Gymkhanas, Trials, Navigation Runs - all very family orientated. These are a few snaps that I'm sure are of Club activities, although there may be more, wrongly assigned to the "Weekender" selections.
